Conditions: When the NE time is changed on an ONS 15327, ONS 15454 SONET, or ONS 15454 SDH NE to a time in the past, CTM will not collect performance monitoring data for time periods that have already been collected under the previous NE time setting. This problem occurs whether or not robust PM collection is enabled.
