Description: | Symptom:
PTM ports of card 3 in a ENE node went down after reverting from 9.533 to 9.522
Conditions:
1.In 12-Node setup, all nodes were at 9.533 (build-12). All services and traffic are up.
2.Reverted nodes to 9.522 FCS in 2 GNE-10 ENE order
3.After the above, Node N5 PTM card in slot 3 ports went down
4.Card 3 shows up in CTC and IOS but LEDs were off on the card
5. Services on the card are down and hence traffic is affected
Workaround:
PTM card should be soft reset

Description: | Symptom:
The card view, alarms, provisioning options took a long time to open particularly with the CPT-50
server polling with a timeout of 10s.
Typically it would take 3-5 minutes to open the CPT-50 node view
Conditions:
When SNMP server is added, CTC response becomes very slow with CPT-50 provisioning and opening the node view
Workaround:
Remove the SNMP server from the CTC configuration, the CTC response reduces drastically from 3-5 minutes to 3-5 seconds

1. All 12 nodes[2 GNE and 10 ENE] were at 9.701[Neptune_Build_24OCT14] in CTC mode and services,traffic were up.
2. Upgraded 2GNE-10ENE nodes to 9.701(Neptune_Build_22OCT14_Dummy)
3. Observed PB didnt come to card ready state in one of the ENE Node.Due to DMA assertion failure, ipc failed.
Workaround:
Reset PB
