After enabling Exact for VLAN, Exact is not shown as enabled for VPLS
Problem description:
After enabling Exact option in VLAN-Edit for VPLS circuits, Exact option checkbox is not getting updated.
For VPWS and EVC circuits, Exact checkbox is updated with tick mark, once we enable Exact in VLANs.

Steps to reproduce :
1.Configure VPLS circuit between Nodes 32 and 77
2.Add Endpoint EFPs for the nodes
3.Now edit the circuit and configure exact in VLANs
4.In IOS, Endpoint EFPs are getting updated with exact. Whereas in CTC, Exact check box is left blank only.

High switching time in OTU2XP splitter protection mode.
Conditions:
Steps to reproduce-
1.Have a otu2-xp card in splitter protection config mode.
2.Setup oc192 traffic.
3.Now create LOS on active trunk port by removing the rx fiber.
4.Observe that service disruption of 70ms to 150ms most of the time during the switch (7 out of 10)
Traffic switch via CTC manual, forced are working fine.
Workaround:
NA
Resolved in :9.40
Reproducibility (%):70% -(7 out of 10)
Further Problem Description:
When switching is happening the squelch agent was also intruding .
The fix takes care of this.

PTF card resetting continuously
Conditions:
PTF card goes for autonomous reset and subsequently resets continously.
PTF card recovers from autoreset and again resets with 9 to 20 sec time gap, this sequence will continue.
Workaround:
Hard reset of PTF card. that is plug-out and plug-in the PTF card.
Reproducibility (%): very rare.
Resolved in 9.521 release.
