CCIE Engineer Cambodia - Stronger tech support in Phnom Penh

This adds to 4 CCIE in ICI team for advanced engineering support and field technical management. Mr. Sim covers Cambodia, Lao, Myanmar and Thai, providing first response to our friends' technical service request in these countries. He also holds CCNP Security certificate based on solid experience in Hotel-Casino industry.
