Title: | Unable to discover a network of M15 nodes |
|
Description: | Symptom: Description : Scenario: Single Server, small size, release 10.005(000.000.100) Patch applied: .
CPO fails to discover the network elements composing a network of M15 chassis.
When trying to add the network, only the node whose IP address was specified in the "Add Network Element(s)" table is visible. The other NE part of the network are not discovered automatically.
Tyring to add the other network elements manually entering their IP address they beciome visible, but the Link Report of each node is empty.
Apparently CPO is unable to discover the links on nodes based on M15 chassis.
Additionally there are some side-effects on the Circuit Report tables for OCHTRAIL UNI circuits. On termination points the OCHTRAIL UNI circuit is listed in the Circuit Report but it is missing the far-end termination point data. On pass-through node the OCHTRAIL UNI circuit is missing in the Circuit Report table.
Expected behavior : All NE should be discovered properly.
Conditions: Steps to Reproduce : 1. Add the Ip address of one M15 chassis 2. Verify that only the provisioned node appears in the Domain tree 3. Open the Link Report on this NE and verify that it's empty 4. Manually add the other M15 nodes 5. Verify that the Link Report of the other M15 nodes is empty as well
