Conditions:
- Stacked C3650 or C3850 switch
- Cross-stack etherchannel and RSPAN vlan are configured.
- Can occur only when RSPAN vlan without RSPAN sessions are configured.
(1) reload Active switch
(2) reload new Active switch again (after the bootup of (1) is completed)
After the above steps, switch learns mac addresses on RSPAN vlan.
As a result, mac flap (%SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF) message is logged.
Workaround:
This condition will be recovered by:
- configure "no mac address learning vlan" for RSPAN vlans
- reload whole stack switches
- delete once and reconfigure the RSPAN vlan
